Please understand by submitting an order you agree to the terms and company policy of Vixen Lace Wigs.


We accept payments in the form of Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Paypal. For your protection, shipping and billing address must be the same. In the event that they differ, we will automatically ship to the billing address on file. If necessary call your bank and/or credit card company to update any information if needed prior to ordering.

In Stock Lace Wig orders typically ship out within 3-5 business days from confirmed order. Specialty items, such as PreStyled Lace Wigs require 1-2 additional days for prep and styling.Please allow up to 7 days for shipment of PreStyled Lace Wigs.

Custom Lace Wig orders require 4-6 weeks production time. Certain specialty item require additional work and therefore can take up to 8 weeks i.e. Silk Top Lace Wigs, Large Size Lace Wigs, Glueless Lace wigs. Once production of the custom wigs starts, there will be a 50% cancellation fee.

Rush Orders: No Refund of Rush Shipping fees unless delay was caused by our error. Contact seller directly to confirm products availability for Rush Shipping.

USPS Mail and UPS are our preferred carriers for domestic and international shipments. Customers will receive a confirmation email which will include tracking information. While we will investigate and  act on any reports of shipment errors and delays, Vixen Lace Wigs can not be held liable for delayed shipment updates or delayed delivery caused by carrier service.

Vixen Lace Wigs is not responsible for shipped packages once delivered at the address provided by customer. If you have special requirements, please contact Customer Service immediately after order to make arrangements.


Returns will only be accepted on unaltered merchandise. Buyer must contact seller via email at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it to advise of intent to return merchandise. Seller will reply within 2 business days with return authorization number to be included with return. Buyer accepts responsibility for return shipping costs. Buyer can select product exchange, merchandise return credit, or refund less any restocking fees. Because the personal nature of the products we sell, returns will not be accepted if merchandise appears to have been worn, washed, damaged or altered in any way. Because of the personal nature of the products we sell, we can make NO exceptions to this policy.
